Enjoy these cheesy bars when they're still warm or at room temperature. Either way they are simply outstanding. Try adding red pepper flakes or horseradish for an added kick!

Ingredients

1 package(s) frozen chopped spinach (small box type in grocery freezer) thawed and squeeze out excess water
1 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 pound(s) butter, softned
1 pound(s) monterey jack cheese, cubed
2 - eggs

Steps:

Mix together in bowl and spread in a 9x13" pan. ( I use 9x13" glass pan)
Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
Cut into small squares to serve. Can be eaten cold.
