- Place yogurt and cereal in separate shallow bowls. Insert pop sticks through cut side of bananas. Dip bananas in yogurt, then roll in cereal to coat. Transfer to waxed paper-lined baking sheets., Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Transfer to airtight freezer containers; seal containers and return pops to freezer.

- 1. Pour a packet of HMR 70 Plus Vanilla mix into a small bowl along with sugar-free banana pudding and add about 1/4 cup room-temperature water.
- 2. Mix into pudding and set aside.
- 3. Add 3/4 cup hot water to HMR Multigrain Hot Cereal, mix, and let sit for 1-2 minutes.
- 4. Add sugar-free cinnamon brown-sugar syrup to cereal and stir.
- 5. Lastly pour cooked cereal into pudding bowl and mix well. Top with cinnamon.
