This dip is so simple, the kids can whip it up after school.

Number Of Ingredients 7

¾ cup vanilla whole-milk Greek yogurt
½ cup almond butter (such as Barney Butter)
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract 
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling
¼ cup raisins
Apple slices, for serving

Steps:

  • Whisk together yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a medium bowl until smooth. Fold in raisins until well combined. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving with apple slices. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

1 cup skim milk or 1 cup water

Steps:

  • Using a medium sized saucepan on high heat place oats,milk vanilla and cinnamon.
  • Let come to a boil, reduce heat to medium.
  • Cook until the oats look cooked and add the almond butter.
  • stir together and enjoy.
