Needs more vegetable oil. I reduced the salt mixed with meat to 1/4 tsp. The gravy is exceedingly salty--I reduced the amount of salt for the gravy to 1/8 tsp and it was still too salty. I suppose that was from the sodium in the Worcestershire sauce and broth. I will not try this recipe again and will go back to using my Salisbury Steak recipe.
