Whole-30 Caesar Salad Dressing (2 ways) - Lau's Healthy Life image

This Whole-30 caesar salad dressing is an absolute game changer. It is 100% dairy-free, paleo friendly, creamy, rich in flavour, with the perfect touch of lemon that will have you licking your lips after every bite! 1/3 cup cashews, soaked overnight or for 15 minutes in just boiled water
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced (around 3 tbsp)
1 heaping tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp pink salt
black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup avocado oil mayo (I like this one)
3-4 garlic cloves, minced

1 bunch of freshly washed romaine
nutritional yeast or parmesan (if not Whole-30 or dairy-free) to serve
