- Place coarse salt in a shallow dish; run a lime wedge around rims of 2 cocktail glasses. Dip rims of glasses into salt, shaking off excess. Fill each glass with ice. In a small pitcher, combine hot sauce, Maggi seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice. Add beer. Pour into glasses over ice. Garnish with lime wedges. Serve immediately.

- Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a mason jar or pint glass (then save this wedge for later.) Mix the kosher salt and 2 teaspoons of Tajin or chile powder together on a plate and dip the rim of the glass into the mixture. Carefully pour the tomato and lime juices, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and extra 1/8 of a teaspoon of Tajin or chile powder into the base of the glass and stir well to combine. Slowly pour in an ice cold beer. Drop in a few pieces of crushed ice, garnish with the reserved lime wedge and serve.
