My Gami always made this for Thanksgiving. It's a sweet fruit and coconut salad that's simple to make.

1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup drained mandarin oranges
1 cup drained pineapple chunks
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Mix marshmallows, coconut, oranges, pineapple, and sour cream together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend, 5 to 6 hours.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Blend together the first 3 ingredients.
  • Add the next 3 ingredients and mix well.
  • Add the next 3 ingredients and mix well.
  • Mix in the last 4 ingredients.
  • Place on cookie sheet by the tablespoon.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
