- Salt the rim of a tall glass. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, moisten the rim of the glass on a damp towel and press into the salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the vodka, vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Garnish with a stalk of celery and olives stuck onto a toothpick.

- Using water, moisten rim of a highball glass. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon celery salt on a small plate; dip rim into salt. Discard remaining celery salt from plate. Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Place remaining ice in prepared glass. , Add vodka, juices, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish if desired, pepper, remaining celery salt and pepper sauce to shaker; cover and shake until condensation forms on exterior, 10-15 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish as desired.

- Add the vodka, fresh lemon juice and tomato juice over plenty of cubed ice in a tall glass. Stir to mix well and garnish with a celery stick and fresh lemon wheel. Add vodka to a tall glass. Cut a lemon in half and griddle the cut side until charred. Squeeze the lemon into the glass with the vodka. In a jug mix 120ml quality tomato juice with 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 4 dashes Tabasco, black pepper and celery salt (and chilli flakes if wanted). Add ice to the glass and pour over the tomato blend, stir well and garnish with a charred lemon wheel, celery stick and chilli slice. Fry around 6-8 slices of back rind bacon and save the melted fat. Add the bacon into the oven to crisp up. In a heat proof jug add the vodka and bacon fat and stir well. Leave for at least an hour to ‘infuse’ before placing into the freezer. After two hours when the fat has solidified strain the vodka through a paper coffee filter slowly. Add the vodka into a tall glass. In a jug mix 120ml quality tomato juice with 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 4 dashes Tabasco, black pepper and celery salt and chilli flakes. Using a smoking gun filled with cherry wood chips, smoke the mix for 1 minute and leave to infuse. Add the smoked Bloody Mary mix to the vodka. Cut a lemon in half and griddle the cut side until charred. Squeeze the lemon into the glass with the vodka and mix. Stir well over cubed ice and garnish with a celery stick, fresh cherry tomato, charred lemon wheel and a strip of the crispy bacon.
