8 ounce Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
2 Egg
1 1/2 tablespoon Stevia

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Place the Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (8 ounce) in a container and sprinkle the Stevia (1 1/2 tablespoon). Mix, then set aside.
  • Whisk the whites of the Egg (2) until frothy, then add the stevia and coconut mixture. Mix until the flakes are coated.
  • Spread the flakes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove every 5 minutes to stir to ensure that they're evenly browned and crispy in the end.
  • Once done, leave the oven off and leave the oven door open slightly. Let the flakes dry out for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely. These flakes must be kept in an air tight container and they’ll keep for up to 2 weeks. Serve with your desired milk.
