Ground pistachios, for garnish
3 cups whole milk
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
1 tablespoon rose water
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup water
½ teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons rose or orange blossom water, optional
