CHOCOLATE WALNUT FUDGE RECIPE | LAND O’LAKES
Steps:
- Lightly butter 13x9-inch pan; set aside.
- Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in heavy 4-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 7-12 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 228°F.
- Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in marshmallow crème until well mixed. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
- Spread fudge into prepared pan. Cool completely.
- Cut into 1-inch squares. Store refrigerated.

- Line a 9-in. square pan with foil. Coat the foil with cooking spray; set aside., In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate chips and corn syrup. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from the heat. Stir in the confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat with a wooden spoon until thickened and glossy, about 5 minutes. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Spread into prepared pan; refrigerate until firm. , Using foil, lift fudge out of pan; discard foil. Cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
