Roasted Vegetable Pizza with Ranch

Steps:
- Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a bowl, combine the vegetables with the olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
- Spread the vegetables on the baking sheet. Place in the oven and roast until the vegetables are soft and browned, about 25 minutes, stirring once or twice.
- Roll the pizza dough out.
- Spread the ranch dressing over the top of the dough. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the ranch, then add the vegetables.
- Transfer the pizza to the pizza stone in the oven.
- Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, 10-12 minutes.
Serve with additional ranch dressing, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread the cresent rolls out on cookie sheets to make large rectangles.
- cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown and then cool.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, dressing mix, and Miricle Whip together.
- Spread on top of the cooled cresent rolls.
- Chop your veggies (I like to use the food proccesor).
- Spread your veggies on top of the mixture on the cresent rolls.
- Sprinkle the Cheddar Cheese on the top.
- With sharp knife cut in half and enjoy.

- Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Mix cream cheese with 1/2 of the ranch dressing mix. Adjust the amount of dressing mix to taste. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
