Steps:

• Beat the egg in a bowl, large enough to fit a sandwich along with the 2 tbs of heavy cream until mostly smooth.
• Assemble sandwich with mayonnaise, mustard, cheddar cheese, ham, gouda cheese, cheddar cheese, ham, gouda, mustard, and mayonnaise. Press down on the sandwich with the palm of your hand to flatten it a bit.
• Place parchment paper on the cooking tray that comes with your Omni.
• Dip and coat each sandwich in beaten egg make sure to coat all the sides well, but let the excess batter drip off. Place the sandwich on the cooking pan.
• Press Air Fry. Set temperature to 400°F and set time for 8 minutes. Press Start.
• When the oven is hot, place the cooking tray on the Air Fry level of the Omni. Close the door.
• When the oven signals Turn Food , flip the sandwich. Once the program ends, take the sandwich out and put  it on a plate or cutting board, it will be hot. Cut it in half and sprinkle it with some powdered sugar if desired.
• Serve with raspberry preserve or berries jam and enjoy!

Steps:

• Heat oil over medium-high heat in a medium sized pot.
• Add sausage meat breaking it up with a spatula or wooden spoon into large chunks.
• When completely cooked, add garlic and saute for 2 - 3 minutes (careful not to let the garlic burn).
• Add the water, stock, beans and red pepper flakes (if using) and stir thoroughly.
• Simmer on low for 10 minutes, covered.
• Throw in kale and allow to simmer for another 10 minutes covered. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
• Divide into four bowls and serve hot.
