- 1 tube silken tofu ??????
- Cut the tofu into two and slice off the sides. ??????,?????
- Place tofu on to a scraper and in between a pair of chopsticks. So you'll not cut the tofu through the end. ??????????,??????????,????????????
- Gently cut the tofu in thin slices. ???????????
- And cut into thin strips. ????????
- Then gently slide the tofu down into a serving bowl. ???????????
- Pour hot soup into it. You can make any clear soup you like. ?????????????????
- Use a pair of chopsticks and gently spread out the tofu strips and it is done. ??????????????????

Tofu flower is a characteristic traditional snack suitable for all ages. The sweet in the south is called tofu, and the salty is called tofu nao. Its main material is soybeans, which are rich in protein and have high nutritional value, so they are very popular!

Steps:
- Soak the soybeans overnight and rinse off.
- Pour soybeans and water into a blender and beat into soy milk.
- Filter out the bean dregs with a filter cloth.
- Pour the soy milk into the pot and heat it over medium heat. Stir the bottom from time to time to check if there is a paste.
- While the soy milk is heated, add the lactone to 10ml of water and stir evenly.
- Turn off the heat when the soymilk is boiling, and wait for the soymilk to cool to 80-90 degrees.
- Add the lactone water and stir two or three times.
- Cover the lid and let it sit for 7 minutes to form.
- Scoop out the tofu flowers, stir in ginger brown sugar water or other favorite sauces and start eating!

- Add egg through a slotted spoon, and stir to form ribbons. Stir in tofu. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 1 minute. Put ginger in a small sieve, and squeeze to release juice into soup (discard solids). Taste; add remaining tablespoon vinegar, if desired. Serve sprinkled with scallions.
