STEAMED PEPPER MOCHI CHICKEN RECIPE - SIMPLE CHINESE FOOD
Our family has always liked to eat pepper-flavored dishes. Pepper can remove moisture, and the rich flavor makes people appetite.
Yesterday, I made the steamed chili-mochi chicken. The excellent ingredients and careful cooking made this fragrant chili-mochi chicken. Share it with everyone here!

- Boy Chicken Drained Water
- Put the pepper and salt into the pot and fry for a while, until the salt is slightly yellow and the aroma comes out, let cool and set aside
- Spread a layer of pepper and salt on the surface of the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to seal and marinate for more than 2 hours
- The marinated chicken is washed with water to remove the salt and pepper on the surface; put it in a steamer, drizzle a little cooking wine, and steam for 15 minutes on high heat. Cut the pieces and install it on the plate

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Whisk together the rice flour, sugar and baking powder; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the water, vanilla, coconut milk and red food coloring. Blend in the rice flour mixture. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool completely.
- Turn the pan of mochi out onto a clean surface that has been dusted with potato starch. Cut into bite size pieces using a plastic knife. The mochi does not stick as much to plastic knives.
