Quick and delicious foil-pack dinner loaded with juicy steak bites and tender mushrooms.

Steps:
- In a large bowl combine steak, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, basil, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Cover and set in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Take out from fridge and set on the counter for 15 minutes.
- Cut out 4 large heavy-duty foil sheets. If you don't have heavy-duty foil, you can just double up on regular foil.
- Divide steak and mushrooms between the sheets of foil.
- Wrap foils tightly around the steak and mushrooms and seal it all together.

Steps:
- Place 1/2 package soup mix on foil. Place round steak on top of this.
- Sprinkle rest of soup mix on top of round steak.
- Seal foil completely over round steak, all around the edges too.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
- Add mushrooms over top when serving if desired.

GARLIC STEAK FOIL PACKS FOR CAMPING - IDAHO POTATO

- 1. Place the cut potatoes, onion, and mushrooms in a large bowl. 2. Add the garlic and drizzle the cooking oil over top. Toss to coat. 3. Add the salt, thyme, paprika, and steak seasoning to the bowl and toss again. 4. Arrange four 12” sections of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a clean work surface. 5. Divide the potato mixture evenly between each packet. 6. Place beef over top of each. 7. Top each steak with a pat of butter. 8. Fold the foil up on the edges, crimping to securely seal the package. 9. Place each foil packet around the edge of the fire, and cook about 35-40 minutes, rotating as needed to evenly cook. Packets are done when potatoes are fork-tender and steak is cooked through to at least 135°F. The onions and mushrooms will soften in the juices. 10. Serve each hobo packet as its own plate, unfolding the foil and allowing the steam to escape. 11. Season with parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley.
