No bake peanut butter and cereal cookies.

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar
1 ⅓ cups peanut butter
1 cup white corn syrup
4 cups high protein crisp rice and wheat cereal
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

Steps:

Blend syrup, sugar, vanilla and salt in a 2 quart microwave-safe dish. Cook on high 4 minutes, or until mixture boils and sugar dissolves.
Stir in peanut butter, then add the cereal.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool before storing.

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup hot wing sauce or cayenne pepper sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese (crumbled)
1 cup colby-jack cheese (4 ounces, shredded)
1/4 cup green onions (finely chopped)
1 pound chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
5 large flour tortillas (approximately 10 1/2″ diameter)

Steps:

In a bowl, beat cream cheese on low and add in sauce, blue cheese, colby-jack cheese, and green onions. Beat until blended.
Stir shredded chicken into mixture by hand.
Spread approximately 3/4 cup of mixture on top of one of the tortillas. Roll up tortilla tightly, but without shifting the mixture too much. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Place rolled tortillas on a place and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and unwrap. Slice each rolled tortillas in half and then each half into 3 slices, discarding ends. Place pinwheel slices on serving plate or tray.

"Whisk together the milk, 3 tbsp of creamy peanut butter, and egg. Sprinkle in a few dashes of salt and pepper. Soak your chicken in this mixture for a few minutes while you get any other prep done (I did this while getting the carrots and broccoli ready to steam and starting the rice). While chicken is soaking, put all sauce ingredients in a glass measuring cup or other microwavable container. You might want to start with 1/2 cup of water and add more later to reach your desired consistency. Microwave this mixture for 30 seconds and then whisk to thoroughly combine. Microwave another 30 seconds until hot. At this point you can add more water if necessary to make the mixture a little thinner. This can be done ahead of time and just reheated when the rest of the meal is ready. Coat soaked chicken pieces in Corn Flakes and cook in oil, flipping once, until browned on both sides and cooked through. Serve with rice & veggies of your choice and drizzle with peanut butter sauce. ENJOY! "
