kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
strawberries, hulled
banana
raspberries
Greek yoghurt
skimmed milk
runny honey, to your taste

Steps:

  • Place the oats, kiwi fruit, strawberries, banana, raspberries, yoghurt and milk in a blender. Replace the lid tightly – you don’t want it flying off halfway through – then blend until smooth. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk to loosen it or more oats to thicken it.
