If the heat from the chiles is too strong, try 2 tablespoons of a smoky barbecue sauce in its place. 1 medium Plum tomato(es) cut into 8 slices
4 oz Deli sliced turkey smoked-variety (4 slices)
0.5 small Avocado peeled and mashed

Steps:

  • In cup, stir mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, and salt together until blended. On each of 2 slices of bread, spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise mixture. Top each with tomato. Between sandwiches, divide turkey evenly.
  • On remaining 2 slices of bread, spread mashed avocado; place bread, avocado side down, on top of tomatoes. Cut sandwiches in half on diagonal.
  • Serving size: 1 sandwich
