Stop reheating your pulled pork for sandwiches. It's time to up your game and try out these pulled pork nachos.

Number Of Ingredients 5

12 oz leftover pulled pork
1 cup refried beans
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 tbsp sour cream (optional)
3 tbsp salsa (optional)

Steps:

  • lay your nacho chips down on a dish that can be placed into your smoker without damage
  • spread your leftover pulled pork over your nacho cheeps
  • add refried beans on top of your chips and pulled pork
  • generously apply shredded cheese to cover the nachos
  • pre-heat smoker to 350 degrees
  • add nachos to the smoker for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted
  • apply additional toppings once removed from the smoker
