Mar 12, 2016 · This morning, I made chocolate donuts with Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix. I whisked together 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of whole milk, 3 tablespoons of grapeseed oil, 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract, and 1/8 teaspoon (pinch) of nutmeg before adding the baking mix. I was able to make 20 donuts in my Babycakes Donut Maker.

A: We recommend Fleggs (flax "eggs"): 1 Egg = 1 Tbsp flax meal + 2 Tbsp water. Just mix in the Fleggs and let sit at least 5 min. Then bake for 35 min at 350F. Wait to cool before removing from liner. Or you can use Banana: 1 Egg = ¼ cup mashed banana. Just omit the oil and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
