200 g Rice
2 tablets Seaweed
1 Ham sausage
Two egg
1 scoop salt
a little Vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Add a spoonful of salt to the eggs and stir well
  • Pour it into a pan and fry it, you don’t need to demand the beauty of the shape
  • After being built, roll it up and divide it into two for later use
  • Spread rice on the seaweed slices. The rice is laid out in a roughly rhombus shape, with the corners facing the sides of the seaweed, and fried eggs are placed on top.
  • Spread ham
  • Top with a layer of rice
  • Fold a corner of the seaweed leaf
  • Fold over the opposite corner
  • The other two corners are also folded
  • Close the mouth down and squeeze it into a circle with your hands
  • Cut with a knife and eat

1 cup White Rice
1/3 bunch Fresh Spinach
1 sheet Dried Seaweed
1 can Salmon
2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
to taste Salt

Steps:

  • Blanch Fresh Spinach (1/3 bunch) in boiling water with a Salt (to taste) for 10 seconds.
  • Rinse spinach in cold water, and squeeze to drain excess water.
  • Finely chop the spinach.
  • Use kitchen shears to cut the layer of Dried Seaweed (1 sheet) on top of the chopped spinach.
  • Add Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Sesame Seeds (1 tablespoon) and Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon) to the spinach, and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Salmon (1 can), White Rice (1 cup), Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon), Salt (to taste) and Sesame Seeds (1 tablespoon).
  • Make rice balls stuffed with the spinach mixture by first flattening a clump of rice, place? a spoonful of spinach in the center, and then covering with another clump of rice.
  • Shape into a ball. Repeat with rest of ingredients.
