What could be more fun and yummy than pancakes with sausages rolled inside!

12 fully cooked turkey sausage links
2 cups Fiber One™ Complete pancake mix (from 28.3-oz box)
1 1/2 cups cold water
Powdered sugar, if desired
1 cup maple-flavored syrup

Steps:

Cook sausages as directed on package. Cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, make pancakes as directed on box, using 2 cups pancake mix and 1 1/2 cups water.
Wrap each pancake around a sausage; place seam side down on serving platter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup.

This is a great and easy treat to make for a large group of people. There so pretty and filling, although everyone WILL be asking for seconds.

Ingredients

3 - eggs
2 tablespoon(s) sugar
3/4 cup(s) milk
3/4 cup(s) flour
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/4 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/4 cup(s) butter, melted

Steps:

Mix all of the ingredients together well (batter should be very thin)
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into a medium sized pan and cook on medium heat. (Flipping occasionally) Your product should be thin and pancake shaped.
How you fill it is up to you but I like to sprinkle powdered sugar in mine, then you just roll them up. I put more powdered sugar on and top with fresh sliced strawberries.
