Ingredients

3 strips bacon
½ cup ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
Ritz crackers, for serving

Steps:

1. Place the bacon in a cold skillet. Cook the bacon over medium heat until it turns brown and crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes. Flip the strips as needed. 2. While the bacon cooks, add the ricotta, honey, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Vigorously whisk them together until the ingredients are combined, about 2 minutes. 3. Drain the bacon and dry it with a paper towel. Once it's slightly cooled, crumble the bacon. 4. Spread the ricotta mixture onto the crackers. Top with crumbled bacon.

36 buttery crackers such as Keebler Club® Crackers
12 slices bacon, cut into thirds
¾ cup packed light brown sugar

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line two rimmed cookie sheets with aluminum foil.
Arrange crackers on the prepared cookie sheets in a single layer. Place a piece of bacon on top of each cracker, then put about a teaspoon of brown sugar on top of the bacon.
Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is browned and crackers and bacon are glazed, about 45 minutes. Drain on paper towels before serving.
