BACON-WRAPPED ASPARAGUS RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT

- Place asparagus on a sheet of waxed paper; coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle with pepper; turn to coat. Wrap a bacon piece around each spear; secure ends with toothpicks. , Grill, uncovered, over medium heat until bacon is crisp, 4-6 minutes on each side. Discard toothpicks.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Rinse the pork, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a roasting pan and sear the pork on all sides. Remove and put aside.
- Lay the bacon slices side by side the length of the pork. Place the pork on bacon and roll. Lay pork in the roasting pan with the bacon ends tucked underneath and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove, let cool and cut into slices. To serve, place on a plate and sprinkle with the caraway seeds.
