2 lb. chicken wings
1 c. buffalo wing sauce
1 packet Ranch seasoning
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh chives, for serving
Ranch dressing, for serving

Steps:

  • Place chicken wings in a large slow-cooker.
  • In a large bowl, mix together buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over chicken wings and stir to coat.
  • Cover and cook on high until cooked through, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  • Heat broiler. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and pour wings onto them. Broil until crispy, 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chives and serve with ranch dressing.

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
2 pounds chicken wings
½ cup Buffalo Dipping sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing

Steps:

  • Preheat frying oil in a large Dutch oven to 350–360°F.
  • In a large plastic zipper bag, combine olive oil and seasoning mix. Place chicken wings into the bag and shake vigorously to combine and coat the wings, then allow to marinate in the refrigerator while the oil comes to temperature.
  • Working in batches, adjusting the stove temperature as needed to maintain a consistent cooking temperature of 350°F, carefully lower the wings into hot oil and fry until cooked through, 7 to 8 minutes. Place the cooked wings on paper towels to absorb excess oil and keep warm.
  • In a small bowl, combine Buffalo wing sauce with melted butter and dressing. Serve the dipping sauce, and more Ranch dressing, if desired, alongside the fried hot wings
