Sweet and sour cherry radish is an appetizing, refreshing and light-fat dish. Sweet and sour, with a hint of lemon scent. It's so rare. If you eat too much greasy food during the holiday season, you might as well eat some appetizing and refreshing side dishes to refresh your taste. It can also add some color to the festive table.

200 g Cherry radish
5 grams salt
25 grams Sugar
20 grams White vinegar
Right amount Lemon juice

Steps:

  • Wash the radish, remove the stems and leaves
  • Use chopsticks on both sides of the radish, cut into thin slices, don’t cut the bottom
  • The radish is shifted by 90° and cut into a cross knife
  • Cut all the radishes
  • Sprinkle salt evenly and marinate for 5 minutes
  • Pour out the marinated soup, add white sugar and white vinegar, squeeze an appropriate amount of lemon juice, and stir well.
  • Just put the flowers on the plate and pour the soup on it. The lotus flowers are not difficult. You only need to mark the "rice" shape first, and then slowly cut along the radish skin to the bottom

1?½ cups chopped daikon
¾ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon sesame oil

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, toss daikon with salt. Cover, and refrigerate until 1 to 2 tablespoons of water is released, about 30 minutes.
  • Drain and rinse daikon, removing as much salt as possible. Pat dry with a paper towel, and return to bowl. Stir in rice vinegar, black pepper and, if desired, sesame oil. Cover, and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
