Steps:
- Preheat waffle iron.
- In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until fluffy, then beat in pumpkin, milk, molasses and melted butter. Stir the wet into dry until just moist. Do not overstir the waffle batter. Brush the iron with a little melted butter and cook 4 waffles, 4 sections each. Serve with toppings of choice.

Steps:
- Preheat a mini waffle iron
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Pearl Milling Company Buttermilk Complete Mix, water, apple sauce, yogurt, flax seeds, oats, pumpkin pie spice and salt
- Let the mixture sit for 4 or 5 minutes
- Spray the inside of the mini waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray
- Pour ¼ cup waffle batter onto the bottom of the waffle iron and close the top
- Cook until browned and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes
- Put 2 waffles on each plate with assorted snow-person supplies and let everyone go to town creating their own designs! Serve with Pearl Milling Company Original Syrup
