EASY, FAST TOMATO MARINARA RECIPE - TABLESPOON.COM
Leave the jarred stuff behind! This homemade tomato marinara sauce can be made in less time and with less effort than it would take for you to run to the store for store-bought marinara.

Steps:
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a medium saucepan. Add the garlic and cook until just softened -- just a minute or two.
- Add the tomato paste, water, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and sugar to the pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Taste, and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Serve.
