Farro made in the pressure cooker is quick and easy to make. All you need is farro, water, and salt! Cook it for 10 minutes and you'll have perfectly cooked farro. Make a batch and use throughout the week in salads, soups, or as a substitute for rice in a stir-fry.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 cup farro
2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Add farro to inner steel pot of pressure cooker; pour in water and add salt. Stir well. Lock pressure cooker lid in place and set steam vent to Sealing. Select Pressure Cook (Manual) and cook for 10 minutes on High Pressure. Allow the pressure to naturally release for at least 5 minutes, turn handle to Venting to quick release remaining pressure.
