- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 18 muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In 10-inch skillet, brown beef with pizza seasoning and salt over medium-high heat until beef is browned; drain. Return beef to skillet; stir in pizza sauce.
- Place 1 wonton skin in each muffin cup. Divide half of ground beef evenly among muffin cups. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cheese. Repeat layers starting with second wonton skin.
- Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

- "For pizza dough: Dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water. Let sit for 10 minutes or more until creamy. Stir in 1 cup flour, salt, and olive oil. Add the remaining flour a little at a time, stirring in between, until the dough no longer sticks to the sides of the mixing bowl. Let dough rest 5 minutes. Split into 4 equal balls of dough. Freeze two in zip lock bags coated in oil for next time. For pizza: Place pizza stone or baking sheet in oven and preheat to 425. Bake about 12 minutes, until cheese and crust are starting to brown. Repeat for second pizza. Put lettuce, green onions, and tomatoes in a medium salad bowl. Slice pizza. Top each piece with a generous scoop of salad and a drizzle of caesar dressing."
