This is an easy and quick meal using any left overs, vegetarian or non-vegetarian. Just make sure that there is no gravy, or they will get soggy. For those living in India, Pitta bread can be replaced with naan. Any salad can be used, things like crisp lettuce leaves or rocket salad leaves, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, avocadoes, radishes etc.

Steps:
- Warm pitta breads in a toaster. Heating not only makes them taste better, it also makes it easier to split them.
- Cut each pitta bread in half and open it like a pocket.
- Line the pocket with salad.
- Top with a little dressing on the salad.
- Fill some of your chosen filling in each pocket.
- Enjoy!
