Steps:
- Start by heating olive oil in a large pot. Add garlic and cook for a minute, then stir in tomato and cook for 2 more minutes. Add mussels (discard any open ones) and wine. Cover and cook until the musselsopen (discard any that don't), about 5 minutes. Tosswith chopped parsley and serve with crusty bread.

Jul 25, 2016 · Pier 33 Gourmet Mussels Butter Garlic is a HIT! Mussels is a HIT! Wow! I love mussels and these are fabulous. Fully cooked, all I did was take the frozen mussels and sauce and put in a saucepan, covered for 10 minutes until all the mussels opened and ate plain. I could see mixing with pasta, rice or a medley of vegetables.
