Strawberry Peanut Butter Swirl Smoothie Bowls – absolutely delicious, this is my new go-to 5-minute smoothie bowl with just a few ingredients! A satisfying, nutrient-rich, plant-based breakfast, snack or even dessert!

3 tablespoons 25 g peanut butter (or almond butter), divided
1 cup 240 ml almond milk
1 cup 150 g frozen strawberries
1 small banana
pinch of ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
sliced straberries or bananas
slivered almonds
chia seeds or flax seeds
drizzle of maple syrup
drizzle of almond or coconut milk

Steps:

  • In a blender, add 2 tablespoons of the nut butter, almond milk, strawberries, banana, ginger, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup and blend until smooth and pour into 2 serving bowls.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining tablespoon nut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds or less. Whisk and drizzle over each bowl.
  • Top the bowls with your desired toppings.

This Protein PB & J Smoothie Bowl tastes like peanut butter and jelly in a bowl. Packed with protein, it’s the perfect start to your day!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 cup almond (oat or milk of your choice)
2/3 cup frozen blueberries (put your blueberries in the freezer!)
2/3 cup sliced strawberries (frozen)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
Optional toppings: 1 tablespoon melted peanut butter for drizzling, (blueberries, chia seeds)

Steps:

  • Place your milk into the blender.
  • Add frozen fruit, protein powder and 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Seal and blend until smooth.
  • Pour out into a bowl.
  • If using, melt the remaining peanut butter in the microwave 30 to 45 seconds and drizzle over the bowl.
  • Add desired toppings. Eat right away with a spoon!
