Add the whipped topping and mix on low speed until fully combined, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add the vanilla extract and mix to combine. 3. Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve with pretzels for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days (bring to room temperature before serving).
