1 1/4 cups Santa Cruz Organic® Light Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1/4 cup Water
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

1. HEAT oven to 375°F.
2. BEAT peanut butter and brown sugar in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in egg and water until blended. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt until evenly moistened. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll into 48 (1-inch) balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with fork in crisscross pattern.
3. BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
ICING:
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk

Steps:

In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugars and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture and mix well. Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. , Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. , Combine icing ingredients; drizzle over the top. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
