Oven-Roasted Tofu with Spanish Paprika and Parsley image

This Oven Roasted Tofu with Spanish Paprika and Parsley is truly amazing. If you don't like tofu, you need to try it this way! The perfect dish to enjoy on a busy weeknight next to a simple salad for a healthy and delicious meal. Make sure to use firm or extra-firm tofu for the best results.

8 ounce Extra Firm Tofu
1 tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Spanish Smoked Sweet Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 480 degrees F (250 degrees C).
  • Grab the Extra Firm Tofu (8 ounce) and cut it in half lengthwise, pat it down with paper towels, pushing down with force to remove any liquid it contains.
  • Cut the tofu into 3/4 inch cubes and add to a bowl.
  • Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Spanish Smoked Sweet Paprika (1/2 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) to the tofu. Toss together until well combined.
  • Add the tofu to a baking tray lined with foil paper, make sure all the cubes of tofu are in a single layer. Bake for 15 mintues in preheated oven.
  • Chop the Fresh Parsley (2 tablespoon).
  • Add tofu to a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy!
