750g Cod
30g butter
2 lemon
30g onion
20g Bell peppers
15g garlic
Some White pepper
Some Black pepper

Steps:

  • Prepare Midea induction cooker and ingredients
  • Take a lemon juice to marinate the cod
  • Sprinkle with black pepper and white pepper and marinate for 20 minutes
  • Dice the onion and bell pepper together
  • Start the induction cooker bursting function to fry butter
  • Add onion diced and garlic diced until fragrant
  • Add colored peppers and fry together
  • Add the cod marinated in lemon and fry for five minutes, so that all the aromas are fried into the cod
  • The other way is frying for five minutes
  • Squeeze in half a lemon, sprinkle more black pepper and white pepper and continue to fry for three minutes.
