1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2  small cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
1  tablespoon peeled and minced ginger root (heaping tablespoon)
3/4 pound ground pork
3 green onions (diced (including chives))
2 teaspoons peeled and diced ginger root
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon  soy sauce
1 tablespoon  corn starch
1 tablespoon  sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 package (12 ounces) approx. 50-count round pot sticker (gow gee) wrappers
Meat filling
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup water (for adhering edges of the wonton wrappers)
2 cups water
Sprigs of cilantro (for garnish)
