3 to 4 cup(s) diced rhubarb
1 cup(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) orange zest
dash - salt
3 tablespoon(s) flour
2 tablespoon(s) butter
double - pie crust

Steps:

  • Dice rhubarb into 1" pieces, add sugar and zest and mix. Add to dough lined pie plate, sprinkle w/flour and dot w/butter. Top with second crust and bake 45 min. at 400 degrees.

Gently stir in rhubarb. , On a lightly floured surface, roll one half of dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. Trim even with rim. Add filling; dot with butter. Roll remaining dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle. Place over filling. Trim, seal and flute edge. Cut slits in top., Bake until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly, 45-50 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator.
