OLD DORITOS BAG RECIPES

Steps:

• Place ground beef in a large skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until browned. Drain excess oil. Mix in the taco seasoning and prepare according to the directions on the package.
• With the bags unopened, gently crush the corn chips. Snip the corners off the bags using scissors and slit open the bags along the side edge. Spoon equal amounts of the beef mixture, lettuce, tomato, Cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream into the bags on top of the crushed chips. Serve in the bag and eat using a fork.

Steps:

• Blend both avocados, 2 tbsp of sour cream, 1/2 cup of salsa, & anything you would like to add yourself. Set aside.
• In large skillet: Brown and cook ground beef. Add the 3 packages of taco seasoning and prepare as on packaging. Set aside.
• In a sauce pan, mix together the refried beans & 1/3 cup water. Cook for two minutes, stirring and adding more water if needed, as you want to make it easy to spread out over the nachos. Put in bowl & set aside.
• Shred the lettuce & set aside. Chop the tomatoes, bell peppers, jalepeno peppers, & onions then put them in seperate bowls. Set aside.
• Also, put desired amounts of sour cream, nacho cheese, salsa, mild ortega sauce, shredded cheese, & Nacho cheese doritos in seperate bowls. Set aside.
• Lastly, now that everythings done and in bowls, place all dishes on your dinner table. Everyone can serve themselves or one can be a server. Either way everyone gets the perfect nachos with only what they like.
• TIP: If your unsure in what order to add them then start how I do with Doritos, beans, shredded cheese(it melts better between the beans & meat), meat, nacho cheese, then I add the rest of what I like. Enjoy!
