- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Stir oats, bananas, applesauce, raisins, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl until evenly mixed; drop by the spoonful onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are golden, 15 to 20 minutes.

Steps:

- Mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and monk fruit in a large bowl.
- Mix in the almond milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Fold in the no-added-sugar chocolate chips.
- Evenly distribute the muffin batter into twelve liners.
- Bake for 25-27 minutes. Use the toothpick method to determine if they're done. Let them cool in the muffin pan for about fifteen minutes.
