This is an easy and delicious dessert you can make in minutes and serve in a variety of meal situations.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (3.5 ounce) package cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
¾ cup white sugar
1 (12 ounce) package frozen dinner rolls
¾ cup chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Butter a large tube pan. Sprinkle butterscotch pudding mix and white sugar into tube pan. Arrange rolls around the pan. Sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar, then drizzle melted butter on top. Place pan in a cold oven and allow dough to rise overnight.
  • Remove pan from oven.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Invert pan onto a large plate to serve.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 package (3-1/2 ounces) cook-and-serve butterscotch pudding mix
3/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, optional
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 tubes (10 ounces each) refrigerated biscuits

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Combine pudding mix, sugar, cinnamon and, if desired, pecans. Pour butter into a shallow bowl; quarter biscuits. Dip several pieces into butter; place in pudding mixture and toss to coat. , Arrange in a greased 10-in. fluted tube pan. Repeat until all biscuit pieces are coated. Bake until browned, 30-35 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.

  • In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Combine milk and butter; add to eggs along with sugar, salt, spices and vanilla. Add bread cubes and, if desired, raisins; stir gently. , Pour into a well-greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Bake at 350° until a knife inserted 1 in. from edge comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. , Meanwhile, for sauce, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Stir in water until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the butter, vanilla and nutmeg. Serve with warm pudding.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Open up all three cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Next, combine the white sugar with 2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon. (3 teaspoons of cinnamon gives it a fairly strong cinnamon flavor. If you’re not so hot on cinnamon, cut it back to 2 teaspoons.) Dump these into a 1 gallon zip bag and shake to mix evenly. Drop all of the biscuit quarters into the cinnamon-sugar mix. Once all the biscuit quarters are in the bag seal it and give it a vigorous shake. This will get all those pieces unstuck from one another and nicely coated with cinnamon-sugar. Spread these nuggets out evenly in the bundt pan. At this point, you’re going to want to melt the two sticks of butter together with ½ cup of brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat. This can be light or dark brown sugar. Cook butter/sugar mixture, stirring for a few minutes until the two become one. Once the brown sugar butter has become one color, you can pour it over the biscuits. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until the crust is a deep dark brown on top. When it's finished cooking, remove it from the oven. If you have the willpower, allow it to cool for about 15-30 minutes before turning it over onto a plate.

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.  Make scrambled eggs: In a large nonstick pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Meanwhile, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. When the butter is foamy, add eggs and let set slightly. Reduce heat to medium-low and drag eggs with a spatula or wooden spoon to create curds. When eggs are almost cooked to your liking (they'll continue cooking in the oven!), season with salt and pepper. Fold in chives and remove from heat. Cut or tear each biscuit into quarters, then roll into balls. Transfer to a large bowl. Melt remaining 5 tablespoons butter. Pour melted butter over dough and toss until glossy. Add everything bagel seasoning and toss until evenly coated. In a large bowl, combine the seasoned biscuit balls, scrambled eggs, cheddar, and cooked bacon. Toss gently to combine then pour the entire mixture into prepared bundt pan. Add scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, and cheese and gently toss to combine.
