Steps:
- Heat a non-stick, medium size sauté pan over medium-high heat; on the stove top. Place raw ground beef into pan and brown (approximately 5 minutes); then drain. Place drained cooked beef back into the non-stick sauté pan, add taco seasoning and water. Continue to cook until water is gone and beef is thoroughly mixed with seasoning. Reserve warm.
- Fill each tortilla with approximately ¼ cup of reserved taco meat, top with 1 tablespoon of lettuce, 1 tablespoon of pico de gallo and 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese.

- Heat your grill to medium high heat. Depending on the size of your grill, you may need to slice the Premarinated Carne Asada (2 pound) into manageable pieces.
- Dice the White Onion (1) and set aside.
- Roughly chop the Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch).
- Slice 1/4 inch off of each end of the Lime (to taste) and cut it in half, lengthwise. Set one of the halves cut side-down?? on the cutting board, slice it at an angle, lengthwise to make lime wedges and set aside.
- When the grill is hot, add the steak to the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip the carne asada when the steak has a nice sear. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove the steak and let it rest for 5 minutes. During this time, heat up the Small Corn Tortilla (1 package) on the grill in batches.
- Slice the steak up to manageable pieces.
- Place the carne asada on the tortillas and top with onion, cilantro, sliced Radish (to taste), Lime Wedge and your choice of Salsa Verde (to taste) or Salsa Ranchera (to taste). Serve and enjoy.
