Steps:
- Beat the eggs with sugar and oil. First add the yogurt mixed with the baking soda, then premixed flour, powdered dry milk, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Homogenize the mixture and add the grated rind and juice of 1 orange .
- Pour mixture into a form with baking paper. Put it to bake in a 356°F (180 °C) preheated oven for about 50 minutes, check if it is ready with a toothpick.
- If it starts to burn, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil. Pierce the finished cake with powdered milk with a skewer and pour the squeezed out juice from the second orange over it.
- Optionally, you can smear it with orange or apricot jam on top.

Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to batter beating on low speed until smooth. , In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter just until butter is melted. Gradually add to batter; beat just until combined. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
