ROAST BEEF ROLL-UPS:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
2 to 3 tablespoons minced banana peppers
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked roast beef
HAM AND TURKEY ROLL-UPS:
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
4 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 pound thinly sliced fully cooked ham
1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, cilantro, peppers and garlic. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of beef. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic. , For ham and turkey rolls, in another bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrot, zucchini and dill. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up tightly; wrap in foil. Refrigerate overnight. , Slice the roll-ups into 1-1/2-in. pieces.

Snack Stackers:; 5 slices Buddig Premium Deli Ham; 8–10 oz. cheddar cheese; 10 snack crackers; Snack Wraps:; 4 slices Buddig Original Turkey; 1 small tortilla ; 1 tsp. mayo; 1 leaf Romaine lettuce; 2 slices American cheese; Snack Roll-Ups:; 4 slices Buddig Original Beef; 2 slices provolone cheese; 4 pretzel sticks;

Steps:

  • Snack Stackers: Cut 5 ¼” thick slices from the block of cheddar. Using a cookie cutter, cut cheese into fun shapes. Fold each slice of Buddig Premium Deli Ham into fourths. Stack ingredients with crackers in any order you wish. Snack Wraps: Place tortilla on cutting board. Spread mayo onto tortilla. Add lettuce on top of mayo and American cheese on top of lettuce. Place Buddig Original Turkey on top of cheese, covering most of the tortilla. Fold in each side of the tortilla, then roll into burrito-like shape. Cut in half and place on plate or in container. Snack Roll-Ups: Place slice of cheese on cutting board. Place 2 slices of Buddig Original Beef on top of cheese. Roll up the meat and cheese together. Cut 2 small slits through each side of the rolled snack. Place a pretzel stick through each slit. Cut in half so that each half has a pretzel stick holding it together. Repeat steps to make 4 bite-sized roll-ups.
