Steps:

  • The white fungus is soaked, and the stalk is torn into small flowers.
  • Wash the dried lotus seeds and soak in warm water for 1 hour.
  • Soak the dried lily in warm water for 1 hour, changing the water twice during the period.
  • Put an appropriate amount of water in the soup pot, add white fungus and lotus seeds, boil on low heat and then high heat. After boiling, turn to low heat for about 50 minutes.
  • Add millet and continue to cook for about 20 minutes; add lily and rock sugar and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
