17grams of Fine ground coffee (A light roast)
260mL of 95C(203F) water

Steps:

  • 2 paper filters or 1 Aesir filter
  • Rinse filter(s) with hot water & preheat brewing vessel
  • Add 17g of fine ground coffee
  • Quickly add 260ml of 95-100c water
  • No stirring & no bloom
  • Steep for 50 seconds
  • Press for 20 seconds
  • Stop pressing before the hiss
  • Enjoy!
