1 (6 ounce) package graham cracker pie crusts
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup cold milk
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant lemon pudding
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Spread half of the cherry pie filling on bottom of crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with wire whisk until smooth.
  • Gradually beat in milk until well blended.
  • Add pudding mix.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Gently stir in 1/2 tub whipped topping.
  • Spread over cherry pie filling on bottom of crust.
  • Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding mixture.
  • Spoon remaining cherry pie filling over whipped topping layer.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours.

1 (3.4-ounce) package instant lemon pudding and pie filling mix
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
1 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream whipped
1 (10-ounce) graham cracker crumb crust
Fruit
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup halved fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Combine pudding mix and 1 cup milk in bowl; stir as directed on package. Add sour cream and lemon zest; stir 1 minute. Gently stir in 1 cup whipped cream. Spoon lemon mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
  • Spread remaining whipped cream over lemon filling. Refrigerate until serving time.
  • Combine all fruit in bowl. Cut pie into wedges; top with fruit.

  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt. Gradually stir in water. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from the heat. Gradually stir 1 cup of hot mixture into egg yolks; return all to saucepan. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in the butter, lemon juice and zest until smooth. Pour into pastry shell. In a bowl, beat egg whites and salt until stiff but not dry peaks are formed. Gradually beat in sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over pie, sealing edges to pastry. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until meringue is golden. Cool. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

  • ***put ½ cup of chilled filling in a large flour tortilla and roll into a tight burrito that is well sealed. You can spray it with ‘I can’t believe it’s not butter spray’ but it is not necessary. Bake it/them seam side down on a rack in a toaster oven on medium toast or until brown. (‘fan bake’ works crispy-great!) Put something under it like foil in case it/they leaks (if you roll it/them well, it/they won’t! Toaster ovens vary, so watch them closely until you figure out your oven.
