Ginger Chicken recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

1/2 only Chickens
50 grams chili
100 g Fresh ginger
2 grams salt
2 grams Soy sauce
15 grams Tea seed oil
10gram Vinegar
2 grams MSG

Steps:

  • Handle clean chicken
  • Chili, ginger
  • Dice chicken, shred pepper and ginger
  • Fried chicken first
  • Add salt to taste
  • Drizzle with vinegar to get rid of the fishy
  • Drizzle with soy sauce
  • Stir-fry to remove moisture
  • Pour in shredded ginger and pepper, add salt to the shredded ginger and pepper and fry until softened, then stir-fry, the fried chicken is served, then put in the ginger and pepper and stir-fry until softened and then pour the fried chicken
  • Stir-fry again, fry until fragrant
  • Sprinkle with MSG
  • Stir well
